At Excel Hardware, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home improvement purchase; if a product doesn't meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Items

  Securely place the hardware in its original box, ensuring all screws, brackets, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of the tracking number for your records.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned hardware, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
